Gathering tub

  • This is a tool to coagulate Tofu by mixing soymilk and coagulant.
    Coagulant is bittern(“Nigari”) or calcium sulfate (“Sumashiko”).
    “To coagulate Tofu” means “Tofu wo Yoseru” in Japanese.
