Soybean soaking tanks – Parallel type and four-square type

Soybean soaking tank systems (Type A: Parallel design, Type B: Four-square design)

Features

Designed for silken/ firm tofu and deep-fried tofu and pouch

  • Ground soybeans are cooked in drum-type cookers.
  • The steam volume can be easily controlled; steam valve is automatically opened and closed by a proportional control valve.
  • No proportional valve type is also available.
  • The boiling temperature can be easily set by switching a channel to “Firm”, or “Silken" or “Age”.
  • At customer's request;
    -No deformer production is available.
    -It is possible to cook twice by installing aging pipe(s) at the back of the cookers.
