Machinery Maker MASE TOFU MACHINE

■We installed our cutting and casing machine “TOPIA” to Marubun Co., Ltd. which has a 100　year history. Their Tofu producing system is mass production and making large varieties of Tofu including deep fried –Tofu. Our machine “TOPIA” can cut Tofu under the water, then place a piece of that cut in a container.
These operations are performed fully by automation. Also our “TOPIA” machine is able to specify the Tofu cutting size. It is suitable for Marubun’s style because they produce a wide variety of products in large quantities.
We are happy to continue to support their Tofu production with our installed machine “TOPIA.
