■Our cutting and casing machine “TOPIA” was installed in “Otoufu Factory Ishikawa” headquartered in Takahama-shi, Aichi-pref.
They developed various kinds of hit products using domestic soybeans as a raw material.
Ishikawa has opened their stores in large shopping malls in local areas.
They have been selling their high-value-added products.
Ishikawa’s Tofu sizes are different so MASE’s cutting and casing machine “TOPIA” is useful for their production.
TOPIA can cut different sizes of each Tofu and place a piece of it in a container. This means one machine can perform multiple operations improving the production efficiency.
It is also a suitable machine for factory that produce a variety of products.
