■We had installed our machine “Small TOPIA” in April, 2019 to this Tofu factory.
The Tofu factory had already introduced “HACCP” because they have been focused on hygiene management.
The factory manufacturing process policy is FA-factory automation- style.
They would like to manufacture without a man power and produce the product hygienically.
