Machinery Maker MASE TOFU MACHINE

■A Tofu factory, one of our client company in Okinawa.
They manage various type of industries. MASE’s NC forming box was installed in their Tofu production section.The forming box has been used by “Shima Tofu“ mass production line.
Shima Tofu is larger and harder than regular firm Tofu. NC forming box has a low numbers of bacteria which comes from cotton cloth and it is cleaned perproduction, this keeps good quality of hygienic. Shima-Tofu is a nutrient rich and protein is 1.3times more than normal Firm Tofu, so Okinawa local people love it very much. Our NC forming box supports local people dietary habit and it is useful for producing Shima Tofu.
