■MASE’s small soymilk plant, “Mini-Star” was delivered to TOUNYU SENKA Akabane, a new branch of soymilk café in LaLa Garden shopping street near Akabane JR station in Tokyo opened on April 28, 2023! Mini-Star stands in the glass-walled storefront production room, performing the fresh soymilk production in front of customers and people walking down the street.
They have variety of nutrient-rich Taiwanese menus you can enjoy flavor of freshly squeezed soymilk.
As well as soymilk drink and dessert, they have soymilk porridge and soup eaten as Taiwanese-style breakfast. Please visit them if you have a chance to be in Akabane area in Tokyo.
