■The Store “R. Den Dessert Factory”-亜典菓子工房-is famous for Baumkuchen,
Dora-Yaki and other cakes/baked sweets in Yilan City TAIWAN.
Yilan City is well known to Hot-Spring Resort and 2hours drive from Taipei.
Our machine Mini-star has been used actively.
Every day, a tourist bus comes the store and most visitors directly purchase Baumkuchen
or Dora-yaki (Japanese-style sweets) from factory.
The factory is covered with glass, therefore, visitors can observe making process of sweet desserts. Our machine-mini star is set-up over there to sell freshly prepared soy-milk.
The store has planned to produce OKARA (Soy pulp) Sweets soon.
